See how a ClearHome report works

A good report does not just list numbers. It shows what was measured, where, how confident the finding is, and what to do first. Below is a simulated example so you can see the format before you book. It uses illustrative values, not a real client's home.

Please note

This is a simulated sample with illustrative values, shown to demonstrate the report format. It is not a real assessment and is not a statement about any specific home. Real reports use measurements captured on-site and laboratory results, interpreted with your property's context.

Room-by-room spatial mapping

Every finding is placed on the Clear Home Index and mapped to where it was measured. Switch parameters to see how a single home reads across categories.

What's inside

How your report is organized

01

Clear Home Index summary

An at-a-glance score for the home, with the highest-impact findings surfaced first.

02

Whole-home spatial map

A room-by-room view of where each condition was measured and how it compares across the home.

03

Inside each room

Per-room readings with a good, neutral, or needs-attention read on each measurement and why.

04

Detailed results by parameter

Every reading with its unit, the comparison source, and the confidence and limitation of the finding.

05

How we evaluate

The standards, references, and methods behind each category, so numbers are never presented without context.

06

Prioritized action plan

Quick wins separated from items needing a contractor, more sampling, or simple monitoring, in order.

From readings to priorities

How the plan is prioritized

Two identical readings can deserve different attention. A condition beside a child's bed is not the same decision as the same reading in a rarely used storage room. Your report ranks findings by measured severity, how the room is used, confidence in the finding, ease of correction, and the possible value of verification. The result is a short list of what to do first, not an undifferentiated pile of data.

The score is a planning tool, not a medical diagnosis or a government safety certification. Every reference range used is identified in the report and on our methodology page.
