ClearHome Labs measures the parts of a home that shape daily life but are hard to see: indoor air, water, moisture and mold indicators, electric and radiofrequency fields, lighting, and household products. We are paid to measure, explain, and prioritize, not to sell the repair. That independence is the point.
ClearHome Labs was built around a simple idea: North County has plenty of single-issue inspectors, but few independent teams that measure the whole home environment, weigh each finding by how a family actually lives, and hand over a plan without trying to sell the fix.

ClearHome conducts environmental measurement and reporting. We evaluate the home environment for informational purposes. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, determine the cause of symptoms, or certify that a home is safe. When a finding calls for licensed work, such as electrical diagnosis or remediation, we describe the type of professional to involve and leave the hiring decision to you.
Our recommendations stay focused on your results because we have no financial interest in what happens next.
ClearHome does not perform mold remediation, install water filters, sell lighting, or install shielding. The report travels with you to the qualified professional you choose.
We do not accept referral fees from contractors. If we share vetted local options, it is without a commission attached, so the findings stay independent.
We use measurement language: identified, detected, compared, prioritized, and recommended for further evaluation. Homeowners with a concern need clarity, not alarm.
ClearHome is based in Carlsbad and serves the North County coast and nearby inland communities. Local homes vary widely, from coastal remodels with persistent humidity and several generations of building materials to larger properties with long plumbing runs, multiple HVAC zones, detached structures, and extensive electrical infrastructure. The assessment plan reflects the actual property rather than forcing every home into the same checklist.
