We spend several hours in your home with professional-grade instruments and included laboratory sampling, collecting readings across the categories in your confirmed scope, with extra attention to bedrooms, nurseries, kitchens, and high-use rooms.
Every reading is graded on the Clear Home Index and mapped room by room. You get a prioritized report and a walkthrough call, with the current target of 7 to 10 days after the required lab results are available.
We explain the order of operations and, when a finding needs it, the type of qualified professional to involve. We never remediate ourselves and take no referral fees, so the findings stay independent.
Raw numbers don't tell you what to fix first. The Clear Home Index grades each reading by both its severity and how much time your family spends in that space, so a condition beside a child's bed outranks the same reading in a rarely used storage room. The score is a planning tool, not a medical diagnosis or a government safety certification. The Methodology page identifies the source and version of every reference range used.

ClearHome focuses on measured environmental conditions such as air, water, moisture and mold indicators, EMFs, lighting, and household products. The services can complement one another, but they are not substitutes.
